One of the pieces in my set was delivered with a stain on it that I cannot remove, I’ve emailed customer service twice and filed a warranty report and it’s been a week and I haven’t heard anything back.

Amazing quality and handsome look. Chairs were a pain in the neck to assemble but with patience we got there. One chair sadly (in the pre-assembled part) has the Trex logo upside down. I’d love a complimentary one to support your brand best ;). We will love this table and its durability no doubt. More pics to come, but upside down logo one here.
